Welcome to our 2nd weekly reveal for our upcoming telephone game “GET FIQUETTE”.

Let us introduce to you to…
“THE PIANO”!

Not to be confused with the Movie featuring the likes of Holly Hunter, Harvey Keitel and Sam Neill, this is the classical musical instrument made popular in the later part of the 20th century by the Piano Man himself, Billy Joel of USA, America.

Background Info:-

The ingenuity of the invention of the classical modern Piano can be traced back to Padua, Italy of Europe and the Cristorori Family of Master Crafters and Skilled Laborers.

_ The classical modern piano was founded on earlier technological innovations from the Middle Ages like the Hammered Dulcimer. It wasn’t until the early 17th Century when the wise Folks in Padua, Italy of Europe solved the problem of having Machinale Keys triggering numerous internal Hammers Striking Cat Gut Strings, in a sonically engineered hardwood case, that in itself amplified the internal musical sound waves, that things really started to take off. Refer to early Elton John for proof.

As a result of all this Internal Engineering, Heavy Metal Mechanics and Hard Wood Acoustics , the Classic Piano is really quite heavy (except for the Cat Gut Strings, as they are really quite lite). Rumours of falling Pianos causing injuries to people have been reported in the past, but hard reliable proof of this tell tale is difficult to come by.

Well, we hoped you all enjoyed this informative look at the Piano. It’s an amazing Musical Instrument and that can still be heard today on local “Golden Hits from the 70,80 and 90” Radio Station. Plus you’ll be able to get your grubby finger on one in our upcoming game “GET FIQUETTE”.

Tune in again next week where we introduce the……..
